A collector’s home brought together a remarkable variety of artwork, restaurant items, jewelry, books, and household belongings. This was the first part of a two-part estate sale.

A collection with
plenty of personality.
Artwork was a defining feature of this Coral Gables collection. Framed portraits, colorful figurative pieces, landscapes, and decorative prints offered a range of styles for collectors and shoppers furnishing their homes.
The restaurant side of the collection was just as distinctive: stacks of food pans, cookware, mixing bowls, utensils, and serving pieces reflected a life connected to hospitality.
Alongside those highlights were jewelry, books, clothing, accessories, furniture, and everyday household items. Together, they made Part 1 a varied sale with much to explore.

Room to discover.
We spent many hours Monday through Thursday preparing this sale: combing through the belongings, sorting small items, and arranging the collection for shoppers to explore.
With so many small pieces and limited room, thoughtful displays mattered. We brought extra tables, lighting, clothing racks, and jewelry boxes to help organize the space and present the items clearly.
That hands-on work is a big part of what happens before the doors open.
